مروری بر نوآوری‌ها و تحولات اخیر در خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی گلخانه‌ای

چکیده

دنیای امروز با توجه به محدودیت‌ منابع فسیلی و مشکلات زیست‌محیطی ناشی از مصرف سوخت‌های تجدید‌ناپذیر، در حال حرکت به سمت استفاده از منابع پاک و تجدیدپذیر است. انرژی خورشیدی یکی از این منابع بوده که به دلیل توزیع مناسب در سرتاسر دنیا و سازگاری با محیط‌زیست از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. خشک‌کردن محصولات کشاورزی زیر نور خورشید از اولین کاربرد‌های این انرژی می‌باشد. استفاده از این روش، تلفات بالا، بازدهی کم و کیفیت نامناسب محصول خشک‌شده را به‌دنبال دارد. در همین راستا محققان برای غلبه بر این مشکلات، انواع خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی گلخانه‌ای را طراحی، ساخته و بررسی کرده‎اند. در این مطالعه به بررسی، طبقه‌بندی و معرفی خشک‌کن‌های گلخانه‌ای بر اساس معیارهای متفاوت پرداخته شده و سعی شده زمینه‌ساز آشنایی کامل خواننده با این فناوری را مهیا سازد. به‌طورکلی می‌توان گفت این مقاله برای محققان، کشاورزان و سرمایه‌گذارها یک منبع جامع از جدیدترین مطالعات انجام شده در حوزه خشک‌کن‌های گلخانه‌ای بوده که با هدف کمک به بهبود گسترش و صنعتی شدن این علم، گردآوری و تدوین شده است.
