مدل‌سازی و شبیه‌سازی استفاده از مواد تغییر فاز دهنده در ذخیره‌‌سازی انرژی ساختمان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی مخازن ذخیره انرژی با استفاده از PCM در سیستم هواساز می‌باشد که PCM جزئی از سیستمِ پمپِ حرارتی بوده و به‌طور مستقیم به هواساز متصل می‌باشد. از روش شبیه‌سازی و مدل‌سازی از طریق کدنویسی در نرم‌افزار، تحلیل پارامتریک، همچنین معرفی و ارائه پیشنهاداتی جهت به‌کارگیری PCM مناسب برای ذخیره‌سازی و کاهش مصرف انرژی در ساختمان و بررسی عملکرد مبدل حرارتی که در ذخیره‌سازی گرمای نهان با استفاده از مواد تغییر فاز دهنده تاثیرگذار می‌باشد، پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله ابتدا بارهای حرارتی و برودتی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Carrier محاسبه شده و در ادامه به شبیه‌سازی فرآیند سرمایشی و گرمایشی پرداخته شده است. در نهایت از مواد تغییر فاز دهنده در حالت‌های مختلف برای ذخیره‌سازی انرژی در فرآیندهای سرمایش و گرمایش استفاده شده و در نرم‌افزار EES شبیه‌سازی شده است. پس از آنالیز مدل‌سازی با حداقل دمای C°5- و حداکثر دمای C°38 در نظر گرفته شده و در شرایط و حالت‌های مختلف، از مناسب‌ترین گزینه برای حالت مخزن PCM در فرآیند گرمایش در دمای ورودی C°35 با به‌کارگیری از 20 لوله در هر ردیف و حالت مخزن PCM در فرآیند سرمایش در دمای ورودی C°10 و با به‌کارگیری 22 لوله در هر ردیف انتخاب نمود.
