بررسی پتانسیل بازیافت حرارت و بهینه سازی سیکل رانکین آلی در واحدهای Fpso شرکت های نفتی

چکیده

پلتفرم های شناور تولید، ذخیره و فراورش یا FPSO به طور فزاینده ای برای اکتشاف نفت در آب های عمیق و دور از ساحل مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. برای تحقق بهبود و پیشرفت در فرآیند تولید و همچنین تولید الکتریسیته در فازهای تولیدی آن، ضروری است بر تکنولوژی‌های کارآمد که هزینه ها و انتشار کربن دی اکسید به اتمسفر را کاهش می‌دهند، سرمایه‌گذاری شود. از این دیدگاه، ORC دارای پتانسیل بالایی در بازیابی انرژی از منابع حرارتی دارای خصوصیات مختلف موجود در پلتفرم FPSO، می‌باشد. در این مقاله، علاوه بر حالت پایه، دو سناریوی مختلف جهت استفاده از گرمای خروجی اگزاست توربین هایی که در سرویس هستند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شد.
پیشنهادی دارای جذابیت بیشتری است که در تمامی زمان‌های تولیدی، تولید توان با دو توربین از سه توربین موجود انجام گیرد. از این طریق می‌توان از گرمای اگزاست توربین‌ها، نیاز به حرارت را تامین کرده و از تامین تقاضا برای انرژی الکتریسیته سهیم بود و با استفاده از ORC (با بازیابی کنندۀ حرارت) در بازیابی حرارت، میزان انتشار دی‌اکسیدکربن را کاهش داد.
بازده کل سیستم نیز به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار می‌گیرد، زیرا توربین گازی، نزدیک به نقطه اسمی عمل می‌کند، که در این حالت بازده حرارتی آنها افزایش می‌یابد. این مطالعه، نتایج امیدبخشی را در استفاده از ORC برای بازیابی حرارت نشان داده، که یک متوسط 5/22 درصدی در کاهش مصرف سوخت و انتشار کربن دی اکسید در طول عمر FPSO را ارائه می‌کند.
