مدل‌سازی و تحلیل اقتصادی سامانه هیبریدی انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر برای تولید همزمان برق، آب شیرین و محصولات کلر آلکالی در جزیره کیش

چکیده
جزیره کیش، منطقه‌ای استراتژیک در خلیج فارس، در حال حاضر برای تأمین آب و برق خود به شیرین‌کن‌های اسمز معکوس و نیروگاه‌های فسیلی وابسته است. با توجه به افزایش قیمت سوخت‌های فسیلی و چالش‌های زیست‌محیطی، این پژوهش به ارزیابی فنی-اقتصادی یک سامانه هیبریدی مبتنی بر انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر (خورشیدی و بادی) پرداخته که علاوه بر تأمین پایدار آب و برق 40 هزار نفر، از پساب شیرین‌کن برای تغذیه واحد الکترولیز کلر-آلکالی استفاده می‌کند. هدف، تولید همزمان برق مازاد، گاز کلر، کاستیک مایع 50% و هیدروژن به‌عنوان محصولات ارزشمند فرعی است. داده‌های آب‌وهوایی از پایگاه‌های NCC Tide، PVsyst و Wind Atlas استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که به دلیل اختلاف ارتفاع جزر و مد پایین (~1.29 متر)، استفاده از انرژی جزرومدی در این منطقه از نظر اقتصادی توجیه‌پذیر نیست. بر اساس بهینه‌سازی انجام‌شده در متلب، نصب 14 توربین بادی 12 مگاواتی و 25/59 مگاوات نیروگاه خورشیدی بدون نیاز به سیستم ذخیره‌سازی، کافی است تا تقاضای سالانه آب و برق جزیره به‌طور کامل تأمین شود. در تحلیل اقتصادی ساده‌شده (بدون در نظر گرفتن هزینه‌های عملیاتی)، هزینه سرمایه‌گذاری اولیه 36/17 هزار میلیارد تومان و سود سالانه 85/5 هزار میلیارد تومان برآورد شد که دوره بازگشت سرمایه را به 30 ماه می‌رساند. با احتساب هزینه‌های عملیاتی (شامل نمک، تعمیرات و نگهداری)، جریان نقدی خالص سالانه به 4,837 میلیارد تومان کاهش یافت، اما تحلیل مالی با نرخ تنزیل 18% همچنان NPV مثبت (8,537+ میلیارد تومان) و IRR بالای 27% را نشان می‌دهد.
