طراحی جزئیات بهینه دیوارهای جنوبی برای کاهش مصرف انرژی ساختمان‌ها با کاربست یادگیری عمیق

چکیده
یکی از چالش‌های اساسی در معماری پایدار، کاهش میزان مصرف انرژی در ساختمان‌ها است. دیوارهای جنوبی نقش کلیدی در کنترل انتقال حرارت و تابش خورشید به درون ساختمان‌ها ایفا می‌کنند. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی بهینه مصالح دیوارهای جنوبی و با روش تحقیق توصیفی - تحلیلی، به تاثیر لایه‌های مصالح این نوع از دیوارها بر کنترل میزان انتقال حرارت و همچنین مصرف انرژی ساختمان‌ها پرداخته‌است. در ادامه پژوهش یک نمونه دیوار جنوبی با مصالح معمولی از نظر میزان انتقال حرارت توسط نرم افزار دیزاین بیلدر بررسی شده‌است و بار دیگر میزان انتقال حرارت یک دیوار طراحی شده با مصالح نوین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته‌است. در دیوار جنوبی طراحی شده برای هر لایه آن، چند گزینه مصالح با توجه به معیارهای حرارتی و فیزیکی انتخاب شده‌است؛ سپس با استفاده از یک مدل یادگیری عمیق، ترکیب بهینه مصالح از بین گزینه‌های متنوع و پیش‌انتخاب شده با بررسی غیرخطی معیارها تعیین می‌گردد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که دیوار جنوبی طراحی شده با کمک مصالح نوین و یادگیری عمیق میزان انتقال حرارت را متناسب با شرایط آب و هوایی تمام فصول یک اقلیم گرم، از فضای بیرون به داخل 51/80 درصد و همچنین از فضای داخل به بیرون 34/29 درصد در بازه زمانی یک سال کاهش داده‌است و همین موضوع باعث کاهش بار سرمایش و گرمایش فضای داخل و بهبود میزان مصرف انرژی می‌شود.
