نگاهی نو به مدیریت انرژی در خشک‌کن‌ها با استفاده از نانو‌کامپوزیت مواد تغییرفازدهنده

چکیده
در خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی، انرژی حرارتی توسط تابش نامحدود خورشید تامین می‌شود به همین دلیل فرآیند خشک کردن تا حد زیادی به شرایط مختلف آب و هوایی محلی بستگی دارد. انواع مختلفی از خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی در نقاط مختلف جهان طراحی و توسعه یافته‌اند در میان دسته‌ خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی، خشک-کن خورشیدی نوع غیرمستقیم مزیت بیشتری دارد. استراتژی تحقیق این مطالعه به صورت مروری روایتی با جستجوی مقالات مرتبط در موتور جستجوگر Google scholar با استفاده از کلید واژه های انتقال حرارت، انرژی ذخیره گرمایی، مواد تغییر فازدهنده، انرژی خورشیدی، خشک‌کن خورشیدی انجام شد. با توجه به نتایج مطالعه استفاده از مواد تغییرفازدهنده در خشک‌کن‌های خورشیدی غیر‌مستقیم کیفیت محصول خشک شده را در مدت زمان کوتاه‌تری فراهم می‌کند به طوری که دمای هوای داخل محفظه حتی بعد از غروب آفتاب 4 تا 20 درجه سانتیگراد بالاتر از دمای محیط است. همچنین تلفات پس از برداشت محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی کشورهای در حال توسعه را می‌تواند کاهش دهد. این کار به درک فرایند خشک‌کردن، انواع مختلف خشک‌کن‌ها و عملکرد آن‌ها و مدیریت انرژی در خشک-کن‌ها با استفاده از نانو‌کامپوزیت مواد تغییرفازدهنده کمک می‌کند. بنابراین نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده‌ی تاثیر مثبت این مواد بر جلوگیری از اتلاف انرژی، کاهش هزینه و حفظ مواد مغذی در محصول خشک شده است.
