نقش طراحی بازشو و سایبان در مصرف انرژی و آسایش بصری در کلاس‌های درس (نمونه مطالعاتی مدرسه ملاصدرا-گرگان)

چکیده
امروزه با تشدید بحران‌های زیست محیطی توجه به رویکردهایی مانند بهسازی ساختمان‌های موجود در راستای اهداف ساختمان سبز بیشتر شده است، از جمله در ساختمان‌های آموزشی که کیفیت‌های محیطی از جمله آسایش گرمایی و کیفیت بصری در آنها بسیار مهم است. در این پژوهش در راستای بهسازی ساختمان یک مدرسه در حال ساخت با رویکرد ساختمان سبز، دو راهکار بهسازی پوسته خارجی ساختمان و بازشوها و سایبان‌ها مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفته است. در انتخاب راهکارهای بهسازی، کاهش مصرف انرژی و افزایش کارایی و شاخص‌های نور روز در کنار هزینه اولیه هر راهکار، مبنای مقایسه بوده اند. روش پژوهش از نوع شبیه سازی و توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است. بر مبنای فرایند پژوهش، مدل پایه ساختمان در نرم افزار دیزاین بیلدر ساخته شد و سپس گزینه‌های مختلف بهسازی پوسته خارجی و اصلاحات بازشوها و سایبان‌ها مدلسازی شدند. این گزینه‌ها بر اساس مطالعات پیشین و شرایط اجرایی و اقتصادی تعیین شده و به چند گزینه محدود شدند. نتایج و خروجی‌های مصرف انرژی و روشنایی بررسی و مقایسه شده و گزینه‌های با اولویت بیشتر مشخص شدند. بر اساس نتایج، ابعاد پنجره‌ها و افزودن سایبان حدود ۲۷ درصد در کاهش مصرف انرژی تاثیر دارد. در مقایسه، بهسازی پوسته خارجی و افزایش عایق‌بندی حدود ۳ درصد در کاهش مصرف انرژی تاثیر دارد. در مقایسه اقتصادی نیز این گزینه اولویت کمتری از بهسازی پنجره و سایبان‌ها دارد. نتایج این تحقیق اهمیت طراحی بازشوها و سایبان‌ها را به ویژه در کاربری‌های آموزشی در اقلیم معتدل و مرطوب در مقایسه با طراحی پوسته خارجی ساختمان مشخص می‌کند.
