ارزیابی روش‌های آماری، سنجش از دور و هوش مصنوعی در تخمین بیومس برای برآورد پتانسیل تولید بیوانرژی

چکیده
بیوانرژی یکی از منابع مهم انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر است که با توجه به محدودیت منابع سوخت فسیلی و نیز آلودگی های زیست محیطی و انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای حاصل از احتراق سوخت های فسیلی، بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بیومس، به‌عنوان ماده خام برای تولید بیوانرژی، از منابع مختلفی مانند بقایای گیاهی، جنگلی و محصولات کشاورزی به‌دست می‌آید. با استفاده از تخمین مقدار بیومس موجود در هر منطقه می توان برآورد مناسبی از پتانسیل تولید بیوانرژی انجام داد. تصاویر ماهواره ای از بهترین ابزارها برای تخمین مقدار بیومس هستند. در مطالعه حاضر، روش‌های مختلف تحلیل داده‌های ماهواره‌ای شامل سنجش از دور، سیستم‌ اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS)، سامانه گوگل ارث انجین (GEE)، یادگیری ماشین، هوش مصنوعی و رشدسنجی در تخمین بیومس ارزیابی شده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که مدل‌های مبتنی بر شاخص‌های پوشش گیاهی دقتی بین 71 تا 88٪ دارند، در حالی که ترکیب داده‌های چندماهواره‌ای دقت پیش‌بینی را تا 96٪ افزایش داده و حدود 10٪ نسبت به روش‌های سنتی بهتر عمل می‌کند. در حوزه یادگیری ماشین، شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی (ANN) و شبکه‌های عصبی عمیق (DNN) به ترتیب دقت نقشه‌برداری را تا 90% و 97% نشان دادند. الگوریتم‌های جنگل تصادفی (RF) و ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) دقتی بین 90–70٪ را ارائه کردند این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که تلفیق داده‌های ماهواره‌ای با فناوری‌های پیشرفته قابلیت ارائه تخمین‌های دقیق‌تر و پایدارتر از میزان بیومس را دارد.
