تحلیل فنی - اقتصادی عملکرد سیستم‌های سرمایش و گرمایش مرکزی و مستقل در ساختمان‌های مسکونی بلندمرتبه

چکیده
منبع اصلی تامین انرژی مورد نیاز بشر، سوخت های فسیلی هستند که سبب افزایش دمای زمین و زیان‌های جدی زیست محیطی می‌شوند. بخش قابل توجهی از انرژی مصرفی در دنیا و ایران، مربوط به ساختمان‌های مسکونی است. مصرف کننده بخش عمده‌ای از این انرژی در ساختمان‌های مسکونی سیستم‌های سرمایشی و گرمایشی هستند. بنابراین صرفه‌جویی و انتخاب بهینه سیستم‌های سرمایشی و گرمایشی در ساختمان‌های مسکونی امری ضروری بوده و می‌تواند به کاهش مصرف سوخت‌های فسیلی کمک کند. در مطالعه حاضر، هفت سناریوی مختلف که هر کدام شامل یک سیستم سرمایشی مستقل یا مرکزی و یک سیستم گرمایشی مستقل یا مرکزی می‌باشند، در دو ساختمان مسکونی بلند مرتبه در شهر تهران، مورد بررسی فنی و اقتصادی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در ساختمان‌های بلند مرتبه سیستم‌های سرمایشی و گرمایشی مرکزی (مانند دیگ و چیلر با توزیع کننده فن کویل و هواساز)، عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سیستم‌های مستقل (مانند کولر آبی، کولر گازی، داکت اسپلیت، ایرواشر آپارتمانی، زنت آپارتمانی، پکیج، بخاری - آبگرمکن و ...) دارند. همچنین با افزایش واحدهای (متراژ) ساختمان، عملکرد سیستم‌های مرکزی بهتر و عملکرد سیستم‌های مستقل ضعیف‌تر می‌شود.
