Please carefully and thoroughly read the following instructions before taking any action regarding your manuscript.
Authors are required to carefully review the "Instructions for Authors" page and the journal's manuscript template on the journal website, and submit the following four mandatory files:
This file must include only the full names and institutional affiliations of the authors, both in Persian and English.
The manuscript must strictly follow the journal template and be completely anonymous. All identifying information (including author names, affiliations, file properties, headers, and file names) must be removed.
This file, also formatted according to the journal template, must include author names and affiliations and must not exceed 10 pages in length.
This includes the Author Commitment Form and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
All forms must be fully completed and signed by the corresponding author and co-authors.
To download these forms, please visit the “Journal Forms and Template” section of the journal website.
File Size
Each file submitted must not exceed 8 MB.
To reduce file size, use the image compression tools available in Microsoft Word.
Title, Abstract, and Keywords
These must be entered into the journal's online submission system exactly as they appear in the manuscript file.
Referencing Style
The journal adheres to the IEEE referencing style. The following requirements must be strictly followed:
All references must be in English, using Times New Roman, font size 8. For Persian sources, provide an English translation and include the phrase (in Persian) at the end of the reference.
Use square brackets for reference numbers. A 5mm hanging indent must be applied from the second line of each reference.
Pay close attention to italicization: only journal names [1,2], book titles [3,4], main titles and chapters in edited volumes [5], conference titles or proceedings [6,7], thesis/dissertation titles [8,9], webpage titles [10,11], patent titles [12], and report titles [13] should be italicized.
DOI Inclusion
Include the DOI number for each reference, if available.

The order and roles of the authors must match across the manuscript files, submission system entries, and the Author Commitment Form. In case of discrepancies, the information in the commitment form will be considered authoritative.
Author names and affiliations must be entered accurately in both Persian and English.
In English, capitalize the first letter of each name and surname.
Institutional affiliation must include academic rank (if applicable), city, and country.
Hyphens in affiliations are not allowed.
Any post-submission changes to author information must be justified in writing, officially communicated to the journal office, signed by all authors, and approved.
Manuscripts must fully comply with the journal’s formatting guidelines. Non-compliant submissions will not be sent for peer review.
All identifying author information must be removed from the title page, headers, document properties, and file name.
Manuscripts may be either original research articles or review articles.
The final determination of article type is made by the journal editor and peer reviewers.
Review articles will only be considered as original research articles if:
The literature review is thorough and written by specialists (with at least 3 published research articles in the relevant field).
The charts and tables represent original work by the authors.
Manuscripts lacking originality, proper literature review, or scholarly value—including mere translations, technical notes, or informal drafts—will not enter the peer review process.
All revisions must be highlighted in the manuscript.
Failure to mark changes will delay or suspend the review process.
The response-to-reviewers file must also be anonymous.
Any file containing author information at any stage will result in the manuscript being returned to the author.
All steps—submission, review, acceptance, and publication—must be completed exclusively via the journal's online system. Email submissions are not accepted.
The maximum allowable time for resubmission after review is 30 days.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in the manuscript's removal from the review process.
The journal editorial team uses Samim Noor software to detect plagiarism.
Authors are expected to check their manuscripts for plagiarism before submission.
If plagiarism is detected during peer review, the manuscript will be rejected.
If discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract or revise the paper and notify the authors' affiliated institutions.
An article processing fee of 10,000,000 IRR will be charged after final acceptance.
