Even in UN Millennium Development Goals, the the tourism industry is regarded as a vital criterion for development of countries. With regards to tourism and historical aspect of Tehran central region (districts 11 and 12), a meaningful relation between tourism growth and utilization of renewable energy technologies is noticeable. Materials and Methods: In order to investigate this hypothesis and proving the importance of the implication of renewable energies in these districts, the first step is extracting required criteria from previous studies. In the next step a questionnaire is designed and with use of Cochran formula, the required population for the survey is estimated to be 384 persons. Afterwards, questionnaires were distributed and raw data were collected. Finally, according to types of collected data and their distribution, regression and correlation analysis are conducted.
