Abstract

The Renewable Energy sources are replacing the fossil fuels since the demand of the energy is growing while the fossil fuel sources are disappearing rapidly. One of the key factors of making the Renewable Energy sources popular is finding a proper training method, in particular for undergrads. Five countries (Germany, China, USA, Canada and Norway) with high installed capacities for renewable electricity generation have been chosen as the case studies. The study shows that the training methods in the selected countries have a strong connection with the industry and also professional labs. Students have a chance to work with the Renewable energy companies for their co-up and internship program. The graduated students with strong background in this field can work more professionally and also will affect the society to accept the Renewable Energy as a proper energy for their county.
