امکان سنجی در انتخاب زمین برای استقرار نیروگاه برق فتوولتائیک در مقیاس کوچک

چکیده

آگاهی‌از تاثیر مخرب منابع انرژی‌فسیلی و محدودیت منابع آنها در دهه‌های آینده، تمامی‌جوامع بشری را بر آن داشته‌است که به‌دنبال منابع جایگزین تجدیدپذیر باشند. کشور ایران به‌ طور میانگین 2900 ساعت آفتاب داشته‌ و در هر متر مربع از مساحت سرزمین های‌ مسطح آن می توان بین 4/3 تا 5/7 کیلو وات ساعت انرژی‌خورشید را تبدیل به‌ برق ، بخار آب تحت فشار، و یا آب گرم مصرفی‌نمود. نقش فضاهای‌آموزشی‌و دانشگاهی‌ برای افزایش آگاهی‌و تسریع این فرآیند کاملاً روشن و نمادین است. در زمین – های‌ درون دانشگاه، بر اساس چند معیار مهم مانند نزدیکی به‌ شبکه یا پست برق، دسترس پذیری‌و نظارت، شیب مناسب، عدم سایه اندازی‌ و چشم انداز نامناسب می‌توان امکان سنجی‌احداث نیروگاه‌های مقیاس کوچک را بررسی کرد به‌ نحوی که بین 5 تا 10% از نیازهای‌ساختمان های‌مجاور تاسیسات خورشیدی‌تامین گردد. انتخاب زمین در یک پردیس دانشگاهی، نقش تعیین کننده‌ ای در افزایش جذب تابش خورشیدی‌و تولید برق مورد نیاز، و کاهش تلفات ناشی از فاصله زیاد از شبکه، سایه‌ اندازی، شیب نامناسب، و آلودگی‌هوا دارد. روش تحلیل سلسله مرتبی AHP برای تحلیل محل نصب مناسب صفحه‌های خورشیدی، مرتبط با عوامل محیطی، دسترسی‌به پست برق و ساختمان های مجاور، چشم اندازی‌ مناسب انجام می‌ شود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که شرایط دسترسی، نظارت و نزدیکی به‌ ساختمان‌ ها و یا شبکه انتقال نیرو در درجه دوم و شرایط مساوی قرار دارند و چشم‌ انداز نامناسب در یک پردیس دانشگاهی می‌ تواند در درجه آخر این ارزیابی قرار گیرد.
