ارزیابی روش‌های شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان در برآورد انرژی کل خورشیدی در دو منطقه کرمان و یزد

چکیده

مقدار انرژی تابشی، اصلی‌ترین مولفه جهت طراحی تجهیزات مربوط به انرژی‌های پاک محسوب می شود. با توجه به اینکه در بیشتر ایستگاه‌های تابش‌سنجی ایران، این مقدار اندازه گیری نشده و یا در مواردی ایستگاه تابش سنجی در دسترس نباشد، لذا ضروری است تا بتوان این مؤلفه را برآورد نمود. در این مطالعه، کرمان و یزد به عنوان مناطقی که دارای پتانسیل حداکثری انرژی خورشید هستند، انتخاب شدند. سپس قابلیت روش‌های شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (ANN) و ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) در برآورد انرژی خورشیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور داده‌های روزانه 25 ساله (2017-1992) شامل دمای حداکثر، میانگین دما، میانگین رطوبت نسبی، ساعات آفتابی و تابش خورشیدی ایستگاه های همدیدی این مناطق جمع آوری گردید. برای روش ANN از سه آرایش تعداد نورون در لایه پنهان و برای روش SVM از سه الگو با تابع کرنل متفاوت استفاده شد. جهت بررسی عملکرد مدل‌ها، از آماره‌های ارزیابی متداول استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در ایستگاه یزد، در روش ANN کمترین مقادیر RMSE، MAE و بیشترین مقادیر IA و R2 به ترتیب 381/2، 760/1، 869/0 و 962/0 می‌باشد. این مقادیر در ایستگاه کرمان به ترتیب برابر 708/2، 050/2، 945/0 و 810/0 می باشد. در روش SVM، کمترین مقادیر RMSE، MAE و بیشترین مقدار IA و R2 در ایستگاه یزد به ترتیب 028/2، 540/1، 901/0 و 973/0 و در ایستگاه کرمان به ترتیب 407/2، 896/1، 956/0 و 846/0 محاسبه گردید. به طور کلی کارایی روش SVM در هر دو منطقه نسبت به مدل شبکه عصبی دارای دقت بیشتری بود.
